
Olivia is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience of working with young people and families in different stages of life.
Olivia’s approach is led by what evidence tells us about the power of strong therapeutic relationships, placing these at the heart of her work. She takes a warm and empathic approach, aiming to empower young people and families to reach their potential.
Olivia has worked for many years in the NHS and Social Care. She works individually with young people and parents, and with whole family systems. She tailors intervention to need, informed by CBT, narrative, attachment, mentalisation-based & systemic therapies.
Olivia is experienced in working with those who have felt excluded by traditional therapeutic processes. She has worked with people experiencing difficulties described as trauma, low mood, anxiety, violence and challenging behaviour.
