Stavros is a qualified Clinical Psychologist and is registered with the HCPC. He specialises in a range of mood and anxiety disorders and currently also works in the NHS where he delivers psychological therapies with children and adults.

He is passionate about helping people make a positive difference in their lives through a nurturing therapeutic environment alongside the latest evidence-based science. Stavros has a keen interest in research and has completed both a Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) prior to his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. He has published several peer-reviewed journal articles in a number of high impact scientific journals.

Stavros is valued for being enthusiastic, motivated and committed. He uses a range of clinical modalities and has a particular interest in CBT and third-wave CBT approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy. He also enjoys Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy approaches.
