Lucie is an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with experience working in the NHS and Social Care.

She has special interests in attachment, trauma and helping people to process their emotions and past experiences. Lucie is a firm believer in the power of relationships in shaping and changing our development, and is keen on the emerging neuroscience behind psychological recovery and the nervous system, and also the brain’s amazing capacity for change.

Lucie takes a warm and empathic approach to forming relationships with her clients networks, so that they can feel understood and supported. She works creatively and in a theory-driven way that draws on a range of therapeutic models, including compassion and mindfulness, trauma-approaches, EMDR, narrative, and also holistic models of psychological and physical health. Each client is different and her working approach will depend on a thorough assessment of need and the possibilities the client wishes to create for themselves.
