Sharon studied Childcare and Education and gained her NNEB (National Nursery Examination Board) Diploma in 1992. Throughout her childcare career, Sharon has worked in a range of childcare settings with children aged 3 months to 5 years and in a variety of roles from Nursery Nurse to Day Nursery Manager of a 160-place nursery. These roles involved providing quality care for children as well as establishing positive relationships with parents, carers, and other childcare professionals. Sharon has the A1 NVQ Assessor Award and has supported and assessed people working towards National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) and has a Certificate in Supervisory Management. More recently, Sharon worked as a Nursery Administrator, supporting the management team with the financial aspects of the workplace.
Sharon is Practice Manager for Dr Mandy & Associates. She is happy to take enquiries, talk you through the process and answer any questions. Sharon liaises with the psychologists to find the most suitable psychologist for the child or young person and books in the initial consultation.
